Data Protection
Enfield Caribbean Association have a full policy for how we collect and use data information about individuals, whether stored on computer or paper, and whether consisting of words or images, falls within the scope of the Data Protection Act (1998), under which personal information must be:
- obtained and processed fairly and lawfully held only for specified purposes adequate, relevant and not excessive accurate and up to date not kept longer than necessary processed in accordance with the Act kept secure (including during disposal) not transferred out of Europe.
