Enfield Caribbean Association AGM – 8 July, 2026

Enfield Caribbean Association (ECA) is holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 8th July 2026 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Venue: Green Towers Community Centre, 7 Plevna Rd, Edmonton Green, N9 0BU
Copies of the Annual report and Financial report will be tabled at the meeting. At the meeting a verbal account will be given of the annual auditor’s report and ECA Achievements in the last financial year.
Members will accept the minutes of the last meeting and accept the Annual report and vote on any motions proposed.
We are pleased that we have special guests at this AGM. Cllr Alessandro Georgiou the new leader of the council will share a few words about his aspirations for Enfield during his tenure. Mr Trevor Blackman the CEO of the Edmonton Community Partnership and Ms Stephanie Toyinmou the Chair of Enfield Black Community health Forum will also be informing us of the work they do in Enfield.
We welcome new trustees and associate trustees to our board. If you are interested in joining the board, please read the documents, Duties of a trustee and complete the nomination form C. If you want to discuss it, please contact one of the trustees or associate trustees for more information.
We also welcome new volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, please speak to one of the trustees on the evening.
The meeting will start promptly at 6.30pm. Doors will open from 6.15pm and refreshments will be available. Photos may be taken and used for future publicity. (If you do not wish to be included in photos, please let us know).
